Returns
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Faulty Goods:
- If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
- We have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was purchased.
- To be eligible for a return of damaged or faulty goods, goods must be unopened, unused, and accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- For returns of damaged or faulty goods, please email support@poreev.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return, and a picture of the damaged goods.
- Please note: a return will not be accepted without a picture of damaged goods.
- Poreev will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note: customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When returned item is received by our Returns Team and inspected by our Product Quality Department, customer will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the acceptance and status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Goods exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods such as intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after time of purchase.
Not satisfied with results:
- If customer is not satisfied with the results of their product, we offer 100% refund.
- We have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was purchased.

- Please note: returns of products significantly used will not be accepted for return.

- Please note: time of results varies for each individual. Some individuals notice results within the first 7 days of use, whereas others have seen significant results after 4 weeks.
- We highly recommend using the entirety of the product as directed for best results.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
All items refunded will be charged back to the customers original form of payment at the items' original purchase price.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For returns, it is a good idea to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
